Ice cream is my favorite indulgence. Breyers makes really good light, fat-free, and no sugar added ice creams that are surprisingly creamy. I’m not great with portion control, though, so I’m happy that they recently introduced new Breyers Smooth & Dreamy ice cream bars and sandwiches. With no artificial flavors or colors, 160 calories or less and 4-6g of fat per serving, and delicious mix-ins and swirls, these bars and sandwiches make for refreshing snacks and desserts during these hot summer months.
