There are many different types of dining experiences at Walt Disney World, but Cinderella’s Royal Table at Magic Kingdom theme park may just be the most spectacular of them all, especially if you have a little girl (or two) crazy about Disney princesses!
THE ATMOSPHERE
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the meal actually takes place inside Cinderella’s castle! After being greeted by Cinderella herself in the lobby, we took some photos with her, and then proceeded to walk up a winding staircase to the second floor.
There are beautiful stained-glass windows and incredibly detailed mosaics… attention is paid to every little detail. The dining room has an intimate feel. A little on the small side, but with high ceilings, and decorated to look like a medieval banquet hall.
THE FOOD
I found the food to be good. Not great, but good. It was the basic breakfast fare. Coffee, tea, juice, or milk to drink, and we nibbled on an assortment of pastries and fresh fruit, as we waited for our main entrees to arrive. We had a choice of sausage or bacon with scrambled eggs and potatoes, french toast stuffed with mascarpone cheese, or yogurt with granola.
The girls had french toast sticks and scrambled eggs on Mickey-shaped plates. While the food is pre-plated, it is all-you-can-eat, and our server visited often to offer us more of whatever we wanted. Those chocolate croissants, mmm!
THE PRINCESSES
Throughout our meal, several princesses visited our table- Belle, Aurora, Arielle, and Snow White. This was definitely the highlight of our morning! Considering we always seemed to miss the princesses in the parks, this was a wonderful way to kill a few birds with one stone, so to speak. Each one was so lovely, taking time to chat with us, sign autographs, and take several photos. We didn’t feel rushed at all.
WOULD WE DO IT AGAIN?
If my daughters asked to dine at Cinderella’s Royal Table again, I’d more than likely consent. This was truly a dining experience that we will never forget. At the end of our meal, there was a special wishing star ceremony, which Maya really got excited about. I’m hoping her wish came true!
While I don’t remember what we paid exactly, I can tell you it’s not cheap, but nothing at Disney is! The bill came to just about $200, so around $45 for each adult, and $30 for each kid, I’m guessing, but prices change all the time. It was SO worth it. Not to mention we all went home with a glittery wand and a photo package, included in the price of the meal.

You’ll need a credit card to complete the reservation, and will be charged in full at the time of booking. We were able to make a reservation only a month in advance, but I’ve heard that Cinderella’s Royal Table can fill up fast, so you should try to book as soon as you can, up to 6 months ahead of your visit.
I would love to dine in a Palace any day. Together will all my daughter’s favorite character’s come alive. The smile on your daughter is priceless than your 200$ dinner bill.
