Daisy Greenway Interactive Camper

The newest addition to Learning Curve’s adorable Caring Corners line is Daisy Greenway, an interactive camper. With tons of activities, sounds, words, and songs about the great outdoors, she’s provided my daughters with hours of fun, and we’ve only had her for a week!

Daisy Greenway swings open to reveal a cabin with bunk beds and a movable slide, a restroom, a kitchen with recycling bins and a dog feeding station, a pull-down TV, removable captain’s chairs, and a flip-down grill. Press the horn to see Daisy’s smile light up and to hear fun songs and sounds. On the back of the camper is what is called a Rearview Rewards Panel, a fun way to reward your children for their good deeds.

Like all the products in the Caring Corners line, Daisy Greenway encourages three simple social virtues:

• Caring, by learning to show concern for the Earth and for other people’s welfare and feelings.
• Sharing, by learning to be giving and to work together by taking turns while playing.
• Preparing for responsibilities by learning to help out.

With so many things to do, and plenty of space to play and pretend, Daisy Greenway hasn’t been put away since we opened the box! Unlike a dollhouse, this camper can be moved from room to room with ease. She’s a little loud when rolling along the kitchen floor, but is surprisingly quite speedy for her size! The only issue we’ve encountered so far is that the side panel does come off fairly easily, but is effortlessly popped back in.

Since no dolls come with Daisy, we were also sent the Caring for Critters playset and Floating with Froggies doll pack (shown in the photo above). These dolls are made of plastic, but have long, flowing hair that can be brushed. They can stand up by themselves and sit down just easily, and are just the right size for little hands. Though this camper is big, it’s not made to hold large dolls like Barbies. This may be a drawback for some, but I love the Caring Corners dolls!
