I’ve gotten each of my family members a stainless steel reusable bottle. I fill them up in the morning and they have to be emptied before bedtime. That way I know we are all getting at least a good portion of our daily needs!

I stopped drinking Coke/Pepsi on Jan 1st, 2010 and started drinking more water. I lost 10 lbs the first month cutting out all the soft drinks and as of yesterday I’ve lost 25 lbs the past 3 months. I definitely feel much healthier.

I asked my boss to give me an assigned parking space. Instead of the closest one I can find when I show up to work, I park at my assigned space… all the way across the parking lot! Its a little thing I can do to increase my daily walking. I also take the stairs up to the 3rd floor instead of the elevator.
I’m walking my dog every day and I try to get at least a mile a day.

I really need to find a substitute for all of the Diet Soda I drink but plain water just doesn’t cut it for me. Maybe Fruit2O Essentials would.
