My husband thinks I’m weird, but sitting on the couch for an hour straight makes me feel a little guilty. For this reason, I love to exercise during TV commercials. I’ll run up and down the stairs, do some crunches on my balance ball, or maybe jump on the rowing machine. It may not seem like a long time, but these quick 2-minute bursts of activity get my heart pumping and it all adds up over the course of an hour or two!

  65. I work in the Physical Therapy department of a special needs school.

    We have a lot of kids that need to learn coordination, strengthening of postural muscles as well as playing simple games.

    This package looks like it would really benefit not only the PT department but the whole school.
