Good things come to those who wait.

July 26, 2011 by Mariana

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed or Email Updates. Thanks for visiting!

That’s my philosophy. If you could guess where I spent my weekend, you’d understand why!

Follow me on Twitter and Facebook? Then you’ll know what I’m talking about. 😉

I’ve had to politely decline invitations to a few blogger events in the past. While all expenses may be paid, is a tour of [insert random brand here] headquarters worth being away from my kids for several days (and paying a babysitter)? Not so much. I tend to stick to local movie screenings, luncheons, etc. Nothing glamorous.

But I couldn’t say no to this. Just check out the view from my room…

View from my balcony. Desde mi balco?n privado.

And this beautiful sunset…

More beautiful in person. (Ma?s hermoso en persona!)

I got back home in the wee hours of the morning yesterday, and I still can’t quite believe it.

Can you guess where I was?

A ‘tweetup’ in Mazatlán, México!

More to come! For now, I’ve posted an album of photos on TDB’s Facebook page if you want a sneak peak!

Disclosure: I traveled to Mazatlán, México as a guest of the Mexico Tourism Board, but all opinions are my own. Go back and read about our adventures on Twitter at #WevisitMexico and the We Visit Mexico Facebook page.
