Our dog, Chiquito, has been with us for almost 6 months now. The novelty of having a new dog has worn off just a little, so I try to keep things fresh with some fun toys. It gives my daughters something to do with him and gets them running around, having fun, which is SO needed when taking care of a dog seems like all work and no play!

Now, pets can play Angry Birds, too.

Whoever thought of combining this popular app with a dog toy? Genius! We’ve had so much fun them. I say we, because while they are dog toys, the entire family has been playing. The girls will put the pig up on the edge of the couch and attempt to knock him over by throwing the bird at him, but sometimes Chiquito beats them to the punch! It’s often hit or miss with him when it comes to new toys, but fortunately he really, really loves these. Maybe too much. Angry Birds is addictive, after all.

This plush ball dog toy comes to life with real Angry Birds game sounds! Choose from the Red Bird, the Yellow Bird or the Green Pig. Available in a 2.5” version for small dogs and 4” for large dogs. You can see just how big the large is compared to Chiquito’s head!

These latex toys are equipped with a squeaker. A really loud one. Chiquito (and my daughters!) can’t get enough of it, much to my (ears’) dismay.

Made of soft plush material with a squeaker in the middle, this is available in a 17” version, from end to end, and a 7” version for smaller dogs, like mine. This was Chiquito’s favorite, by far!

There’s also a double-sided Angry Birds Tuff Stuff Flyer. Constructed of super-durable ballistic nylon and double stitched seams, it’s made to stand up to even the toughest chewers. It has a squeaker in the middle, and can even float!

  8. My dog really loves a chipmunk toy that chirps whenever he tosses it around. He carries it everywhere and as soon as I toys it in his toy basket he runs over and gets it out.

  81. Our dachshund love to play with balls. The Mastiff will play with anything that fits in his mouth. He is always carrying something around. He is not particular. Kong toys last longest.

  126. Rocky’s favorite toy is an orange bouncing ball. Ditsy has an old stuffed toy that now is just a piece of 8×8 fur.

My sweetheart boxer, Madison loved her rope toy..but we had to throw it away because a friend of ours dog also had a rope toy similar to hers and the dog ended up swallowing a piece of the rope and had to undergo surgery. I was so worried it would happen to my baby girl we took every step we could to ensure the next toy she has wont give us any worries. I would love to get this for her, it looks safe and fun!

  135. My pooches favorite toy is an empty 2-liter bottle. It’s cheap and a fun way to recycle!

  136. My dog’s favorite toy used to be my 3 month old son’s rattle! She goes crazy, rattling it around the house!! I’m sure the rattle will be torn out at some point (maybe by my husband or I if we get too sick of the noise) but for now, she loves it.

  138. My dog’s favorite toy is the Kong Air Dog squeaky tennis bone, but he loves the air dog squeaky tennis balls also. I also saw the angry birds cat toys the other day and have a cat that would go ballistic over them, so going to buy her one for Christmas!

  142. And last but not least, I wanted to chime in on the rope toy thing mentioned above:

    Rope toys are excellent for dental hygiene and can be a blast to play with, but they can be dangerous too! Please do not EVER leave a dog unsupervised with a rope toy. They can (and will!) swallow small pieces of them, which can lead to an obstruction/blockage in the GI tract, which is an invasive and expensive surgery. It can be avoided by watching your dog play with his/her rope toy and throwing toys out when they start to become frayed.
