A friend of Maya’s just spent some time in Japan and brought her back these really cute sushi magnets:
Maya loves these little things! She likes to pretend to slice and serve them to me.
To go along with this, I went out and got her the First Book of Sushi, from the same series as Hola Jalapeño. It’s so funny listening to her try to pronounce some of the words!
