I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Jif. I received a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
My kids are pretty boring when it comes to sandwiches! For their school lunches, they opt for the traditional PB&J or ham & cheese on sliced wheat bread. Maura likes her bread toasted, Maya doesn’t. Maura loves mayo, Maya doesn’t. Sometimes – on a good day – I’ll cut the sandwich into a cool shape. And that’s about the extent of my creativity!
What about your kids?
Right now, through November 8th, Jif Peanut Butter is running their Most Creative Sandwich Contest, challenging families across the country to create an original sandwich recipe that includes two tablespoons of your favorite Jif products! Parents and children ages 6-12 can submit their original sandwich for a chance to win a $25,000 college fund and a trip to New York City!
Don’t limit your kids to sandwiches – think tacos, wraps, quesadillas. Just take a look at this picture from one of last year’s finalists… Peanut Butter Rolls Sushi Style. YUM!
