A friend of mine – Sally – raves about her NutriBullet. I have a Magic Bullet, by the same company, which I LOVE, so I can just imagine how great the NutriBullet is! It claims to be the world’s first, single-serve super food nutrition extractor, emulsifying healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables and grains into their most easily digestible state. It has an extractor blade that’s designed to cut through anything, even stems, skins and seeds. Crazy! My Magic Bullet can’t do that!
Here’s Sally’s take on her NutriBullet:
For the last month, I have been starting my day with a NutriBullet shake and I notice the difference in my energy level. After finishing treatment for breast cancer my health is a top priority for me and my family. Drinking a NutriBullet shake everyday (sometimes twice a day) makes me feel as though I am taking better control of my health. We all know what we need to be eating each day and what we need to be feeding our children, however actually getting the appropriate servings of fruits and vegetables in our daily intake is not an easy feat. Putting those fruits and veggies into the NutriBullet and drinking them you know you are getting what you need. My children love drinking these smoothies and I feel good sending them to school with food to feed their brains. The NutriBullet is one of the most utilized appliances in my kitchen, as it is an integral part of my family’s healthy, anti-cancer program! One of my sons’ favorite recipes:
