OtterBox is one of my favorite mobile phone accessory brands. I can always expect great quality, a good value, and have probably bought dozens of OtterBox products over the years! This is why I’m happy to share with you their newest mobile phone accessory that was just released a few weeks ago – the OtterBox uniVERSE. This cool new case system is available at Best Buy now.

Have you ever wanted to add an accessory to your smartphone, just to realize you’d have to remove the case first? No one wants to go through the hassle of that. OtterBox aims to solve this problem with their new product – a universe case that lets you attach (and swap) powerful modules like camera lenses, card readers, batteries, speakers and more, all without removing your protective case. Genius!
The universe case looks very practical. The way it works is via a slotted rail under its removable accent plate, which slides off so you securely attach and swap modules. The case is ultra-slim and features a sleek design that slips easily in and out of pockets and purses. Installation is easy… the one-piece case comes on and off your device in a flash! As for protection, the screen bumper has a raised, beveled edge that helps protect the delicate touchscreen. It’s OtterBox Certified Drop+ Protection certified, which means the case has undergone a bunch of tests to ensure it’s dependable and durable.
You can expand your phone’s features with the following swappable modules that are available for purchase at Best Buy:
- Square contactless card reader, which accept credit cards on the go while your phone stays protected
- Olloclip, a 4-in-1 lens kit (pictured below)
- Polar Pro, a power pack battery module (pictured above)

My favorite add on modules would have to be the Polar Pro and Olloclip. We all need a backup battery pack with how often we use our phones these days. The Olloclip is a cool lens that I’ve had on my wish list FOREVER! Honestly, I wouldn’t mind the Sandisk flash drive, too.
