Terrific Toy: Step Start Walk ‘n Ride

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed or Email Updates. Thanks for visiting!

If you have a baby on your gift list that is just starting to walk, the Busy Basics Step Start Walk ‘N Ride by Playskool is the perfect gift. Actually, it’s two gifts in one! The sturdy, stable walker helps babies learn to stand and walk. Then it converts to baby’s first ride-on toy, with a locking mechanism only parents can activate. It features hands-on activities in both modes, with a fun storage area under the hood. Best for babies that are 9 months and up, you can find the Walk ‘n Ride on Amazon.com and at most major retailers, with an approximate retail price of $19.99.

Watch how it works in this short video and then enter to WIN one! All you have to do is leave me a comment telling me who you will give it to if you win.

I’d give this to my son. He’s almost 9 months, and this kind of toy really helped my other two children learn to walk.

I’d give it to my brother for his little girl! He & his long term girlfriend were taken quite by surprise when they had their little girl as their two girls are exactly 16 years and 4 hours apart! They didn’t know they could have another! ~ 🙂

Too cool! My daughter could use it as a ride on toy for a litte while. She’s 14 months. My little nephew could use it as a walker when my daughter tires of it!!

My son has this toy and loves it. It helped him learn to walk and he still rides around on it at 18 months. I would give this to my friend who is having a baby in January.

My twins each had one of these 5 years ago when they were little! The colors are slightly different, but it is the same toy, my little girl plays with them (yes, I still have both) now. If I won, I would give this to my 10 month old nephew, so he could have one of his own (he was going to get our spare as a hand me down)
