For Maya, one of the highlights of going to a carnival or fair is getting her face painted. This is why I knew she’d love to try Fan Stamps.
A Fan Stamp is instant press-on face paint. And I really mean instant. It takes about 2 seconds to apply a design on your skin. Made of 100% pure minerals, you can put a Fan Stamp anywhere on your body.
Simply press the design wherever you’d like it, rub your fingers over it a couple of times, and peel it away. Dust it with setting powder (included) and you’re done! It applies without the need for water, which is very convenient!
Maya and her cousin Keyla couldn’t get enough of the flowers and ladybugs! Maura, my toddler, couldn’t sit still long enough so I just gave up on her and shared the rest of our designs with the kids in the neighborhood.
What I found very cool is that you can apply the same design multiple – 3, 4, 5 – times. The Fan Stamp fades a little each time, but it still works well. You get your money’s worth! In addition to both her cheeks, Maya put flowers on her hands as well… and she wanted to keep going!
As I expected, she didn’t want to wash her face the first day, so I made sure she dried her cheeks carefully and powdered the flowers one last time before she went to bed. It faded some, but still looked pretty in the morning! Removing the face paint was easy using the enclosed wipe, but also works with my makeup remover.
