I can truly say that I have a unique diaper bag. I haven’t seen any other mom with the same one. It’s a bag that my husband is not ashamed to carry. Most importantly, though, it’s eco-friendly. How many of you can say that about your diaper bag?
The Wee Generation Baby Bag is the culmination of close to a year of research and development, and a collaboration between Seventh Generation, Healthy Child Healthy World, and Rickshaw Bagworks, in an effort to bring children’s well-being and environmental health to the forefront. You’d think that danger could never be hiding in something as harmless as your diaper bag, but some have actually been shown to have dangerous lead levels.
From the inside out, this one is completely PVC-free. The exterior fabric is Cradle-to-Cradle certified, which means that only environmentally safe and sustainable products were used in the manufacturing process and in the material itself. More specifically, it’s made from 100% post-consumer recycled water bottles. How cool is that!?
Some more of its features:
- PVC-free waterproof, wipe-clean liner
- Removable insulated feeding tote, changing tote and plush changing pad
- Detachable insulated bottle holder and quick-access zip pouch
- Large rear zip organizer pocket for on-the-go convenience
- Dual front zip compartments with key tether
- Velcro and magnetic closure as well as dual buckles
- Deluxe adjustable comfort strap with quick release cam buckle
- Stroller attachment straps
- Available in four stylish, yet gender-neutral patterns
It’s the little details that make this bag so amazing: the light color of the inside so that the bottom doesn’t turn into a black hole; the soft, suede-like changing pad; the three types of fasteners; the fact that just about everything is detachable; the comfy carrying strap… I could go on and on. It really has everything that you could possibly want in a bag. I can see myself using it even after baby’s out of diapers!
The Wee Generation Baby Bag might just be Earth’s best baby bag, but time is running out! The opportunity to own this limited edition bag draws to a close at the end of this year. It sells for $200, but 100% of the profits are donated to Wee Generation’s non-profit partner, Healthy Child Healthy World, which is a wonderful organization that works to safeguard the health of children and protect them from harmful environmental exposures.
To sweeten the deal even further, the bags come packed with $100 worth of eco-friendly goodies including coupons for free Seventh Generation products, a copy of the book Naturally Clean: The Seventh Generation Guide to Safe and Healthy Non-Toxic Cleaning, a Wee Generation baby T and healthy household tips from Healthy Child Healthy World.
The Wee Generation Bag can only be purchased from Rickshaw Bagworks.

Ok, first of all, they have an AWESOME website (I’m a graphic designer, so I always notice that kinda stuff!!). Love it. Secondly, I absolutely LOVE that their bags don’t look like your typical pink-frilly-winnie-the-pooh-dorky-diaper bags that most stores carry (and sorry to any of you who own a pink frilly winnie the pooh bag – that’s just not my style). Their bags look very well made and are something that I’d actually want to carry with me. And my hubby would actually carry it, too. Great bag!!

What’s not to like about this bag?! I like that it is PVC free, comes with a changing tote, extra pockets made just for mommys phone and pens, etc…

The bag has removable tote for changing and feeding your baby. This bag is amazing! It’s eco-friendly, loaded with extras, and very well made.
Thank you for this great giveaway.

I love that it’s made from recycled beverage bottles, and also that it’s not too girly for a guy to carry too.

This is a very nice bag, and I love all the features (and the loot inside, how great!). It’s nice that it’s waterproof and PVC-free, and also that 100% of the profits are donated. If one is going to donate $200 to charity, why not get a cool bag out of it too (is that selfish?).

It has a totally cool look! I think judging by the picture on the site, I would appreciate the plush diaper changing pad the most!

I love that it’s sustainably made, that it has a stroller strap, and that it’s light colored on the inside!! I’m constantly unable to see things b/c it’s so darn dark in there. Brilliant! I pretty much love everything about it and am keeping my fingers crossed for the win! Thanks for the chance to enter!

What I like the best is that everything is detachable!

The fact that the whole thing is “green” is a really unique and great feature! But I’d say my favorite feature is the detachable inserts!
